Mikayla wondered why Wanda was in an inexplicably good mood when they hung

After the call, she took a look at the messy kitchen and immediately called a cleaning service.

In his study, Jerome received a video call from Wanda.
“Jerome, what’s wrong with your lips? It seems to be bleeding,” Wanda asked with
concern.
He wiped the blood and replied offhandedly, “I’m fine. I just accidentally bit it.”
She laughed knowingly.
“You must’ve bullied Kay. She bit you, didn’t she?”
Recalling what happened, Jerome felt annoyed.
Mikayla didn’t just bite his lips, she also bit his tongue.
He also checked his tongue, it was also bleeding.
She must’ve felt like she was backed into a corner, it was an act of desperation.
“Why aren’t you saying anything? Do you regret your recklessness? Girls are all the same. Kay will only be satisfied if you follow her wishes.”

After a refreshing shower, Mikayla came downstairs.

“I’m not sure. But I’m worried Uncle Stephen might sign it if Peter Saunders reached out.”
“Don’t worry. I’ll let Stephen know.”
Despite Eduard’s assurances, Mikayla remained uneasy.
Stephen wouldn’t refuse if there were no problems with the contract.
She had no solid reason to stop it from happening.

She felt hungry.
