“Hey, don’t be so grumpy,” Connor said leisurely, “We’re hanging out at.the bar. Would you like to join us? Let’s relax together.”

Connor wasn’t surprised by Jerome’s rejection. “Are you sure? I have a surprise for you. I’m sure you’ll be interested in it.”
“Stop messing around!” Jerome hung up on him.
Connor was in no hurry. He sent Jerome Mikayla’s photo he had just taken.
