Falling For My “Disabled” Wife Novel Chapter 70

Chapter 70

Sophie thought that since Night had very good computer skills, he must be a young man.

Night snorted. [I’m in my fifties. I’m an old man.]

Sophie did not believe him at all. [Your profile picture has already betrayed you. This profile picture is commonly used by people between the ages of 20 and 30.]

Roger frowned and thought, ‘Since when is this girl so easily fooled?’

He helplessly replied with an emoji that meant it wasn’t Sophie’s business.

Realizing that Night was speechless, Sophie found it funny.

The two of them chatted for a while more before Sophie went offline.

However, when Sophie went offline, Roger felt inexplicably frustrated.

In the past, she had always been polite when she spoke to Night. Perhaps it was because of the help she received during this period that she trusted him more and became more open–minded. That was why she was more chatty recently.

However, her attitude toward him in the Nicholls family was still distant.

“Sophie Dawson… Since you don’t know what it’s like to love someone, I’ll let you

experience it.”

It was normal for a young lady who had never been in a relationship not to know what love.

He would teach her slowly.

Sophie turned off the computer. The moment she lay on the bed, the warm starlight lit up.

This was the first time Sophie had seen such a beautiful scene.

She really liked this bedroom.

She covered herself with the blanket, but her mind was filled with the conversation she had.

with Night.

Chapter 70

In the past, when she spoke to Night, she was a little reserved. During this time, he had helped her a lot. She gradually opened her heart and started having fun teasing him.

Night’s reaction was adorable.

For some reason, she was actually looking forward to meeting Night.

She did not know what kind of person he was, but Sophie felt that he must be very gentlemanly and refined.

As Sophie thought about it, she fell asleep.

In her dream, she actually dreamed of Night, even though she could not see his face.

However, he could not help but approach her.

Finally, when Sophie patted Night’s shoulder, he turned around and hugged her.

“Night…” she murmured, inexplicably intoxicated.

They hugged each other tightly. She liked this feeling too.

But at this moment, he reached out and lifted Sophie’s chin.

She raised her head and tried to see his face clearly, but to her surprise, she realized that it was Roger Nicholls‘ face.

However, she was not afraid in her dream. Instead, she looked at him as he lowered his head and kissed her bit by bit.

The dream was exceptionally long.

She had such a sensual dream for the entire night.

The sun had risen.

The curtains were drawn automatically according to the time, and soft music filled the

room. The window was opened, and fresh air entered the room.

Sophie instantly sobered up and slowly opened her eyes.

Chapter 70

Artificial intelligence was really useful. It could do so many things.

At this moment, her mind slowly recalled the dream last night.

Being kissed, being touched….

At the thought that it was Night, Sophie actually felt happy.

However, in the next moment, she suddenly remembered that the face she saw was Roger.

She couldn’t help but sit up.

Sophie thought, ‘What the hell! How did Night become Roger?”

Sophie thought she must be crazy. She must have longed to see Night too much. Since she couldn’t see clearly in her dream, she could have integrated Roger’s face into her

“Crazy…” Now that she was awake, Sophie felt that she was going crazy.

Not daring to think too much, she quickly went to the washroom to wash her face.

She wiped her face and looked at herself in the mirror. She suddenly realized something.

When she thought of Night, she felt an inexplicable sweetness in her heart. When she thought of Roger, she had mixed emotions.

It shouldn’t be. Roger was her husband. She should accept him.

Sophie’s heart was still filled with mixed feelings. She washed up, changed her clothes,

and went downstairs.

The whole family had gathered downstairs. They seemed to be talking about something.

Sophie walked down and realized that Timothy was holding a birth certificate.

Seeing Sophie, Timothy immediately said, “Sophie! I’ve got your new birth certificate!”

Sophie’s heart could not help but feel a little excited as she went forward.

She had finally gotten rid of the family name Bourn.

Chapter 70

Sophie was overjoyed. She looked at her new family name. She could not help but be overjoyed. “Thank you, Timothy!”

It was indeed convenient to have a family member who worked in the police station. Sophie could get her new birth certificate so quickly.

Timothy was also very happy. “Congratulations! From today onward, your family name will officially change to Dawson.”

Benjamin smiled and said, “Sophie Dawson. What a nice name!”

“Yes, it sounds really nice,” Wesley chimed in.

Kenneth said slowly, “From today onwards, you will be Sophie Dawson.”

Sophie nodded subconsciously. “Yes… From today onwards, I’m Sophie Dawson. I have been reborn.”

She was no longer part of the Bourn family. Her family name was Dawson.

At the Nicholls family, everyone knew that Sophie had returned to the Dawson family yesterday and had not returned.

Daisy w Jasmine started to show her displeasure after breakfast early in the morning. can’t you manage your daughter–in–law? You can’t allow her to come home as and when she feels like it. If she doesn’t come home, you should ask her or tell her off!”

Daisy had long guessed that Jasmine would make things difficult for her. She replied coldly, “Jasmine, you have always been in charge of this family. If you are dissatisfied with the Dawson family’s decision, you can just call and tell them. What’s the use of telling me? I’m not in charge of the family. I am not Willard, and I don’t have the right to speak.”

“You! What do you mean?!” Jasmine was very angry. Daisy had become sharp–tongued recently! She actually got rid of all responsibility with just one sentence.

Seeing that Jasmine was anxious again, Rebecca had no choice but to say, “Daisy, although Willard answers to Jasmine, you’re also Sophie’s mother–in–law. Sophie is already a member of the Nicholls family. How can she go home and stay just like that? If outsiders find out, what will they say about us? They will think that Sophie is unhappy staying here.

That is not right!”

Daisy rolled her eyes at the two of them. She felt that they were looking for trouble.

“Rebecca, if Emily were to get married but the wedding ceremony had not been held yet, would you let her live with her groom–to–be’s family without a status? I don’t think the Dawson family’s request is too much.” Daisy spoke with a straight posture. This time, she was not afraid.

“I…” Rebecca was at a loss for words. She could not believe that she could not win Daisy in this war of words.

Daisy looked at the two of them indifferently. When her husband was alive, she was in charge of the family. The two of them had no right to interfere.

As she had been sick these few years, she did not want to have any arguments with them.

The two of them had obviously forgotten how powerful she was in the past.

“Daisy! What’s the meaning of this? Are you fine with Sophie staying away just for the sake of the Dawson family’s reputation? What about the Nicholls family’s reputation? You are clearly helping the outsiders!” Jasmine’s voice became louder and louder.

Suddenly, Damian’s voice came from behind. “Enough! Why are you shouting so loudly early in the morning?”

Jasmine was really getting out of hand lately. She knew that Norman did not like to hear them arguing or fighting, especially in the morning but yet, she continued to do it.

Seeing Norman walking behind Damian, Jasmine was startled. She quickly said, “I… I was ust anxious. I didn’t do it on purpose!”
