Falling For My “Disabled” Wife Novel Chapter 75

Chapter 75

Sophie even knew that Roger was good to her. Not bad.

Roger smiled and said, “The freshmen will report in three days. You can report directly to the admissions office of Habourland University.”

“Freshman?” Sophie’s expression changed slightly, and she felt a little awkward.

“Is there a problem?” Roger asked when he heard her tone.

“Actually, I’ve already finished my university courses on my own. If it’s possible, I’d like to go straight to my senior

year. Is that okay?”

To be honest, she was already at the level of a postgraduate student. It was just that she did not have any exams. She wanted to finish her fourth year as soon as possible, then take the postgraduate examination and study for a doctorate to complete her studies as soon as possible.

Roger was a little surprised. Although he knew that.she had taught herself the high school curriculum, he did not know that she had finished the four–year course of her degree.

“Sophie, you’re amazing. You actually learned all the university courses yourself?” Lucas looked at Sophie in

Sophie smiled helplessly. “I had nothing to do every day at the Bourn family. I finished all the high school and university courses. Actually, I’ve taught myself all the major subjects in the fourth year. I’ve also learned some minor subjects.”

Upon hearing that Sophie was still a polymath, dabbling in various subjects, Wesley could not help but be astonished. He remarked, “I’m known as the bookworm in our family, but even at 20 years old, I didn’t study every subject

You’re really impressive, Sophie.”

Sophie looked embarrassed. “I’m bored. I don’t have any other hobbies other than studying every day.”

She spoke calmly, but little did she know that she could only grab onto these life–saving straws in that dark room to leave the Bourn family through various channels.

Roger knew that she would not lie. He pondered for a moment and agreed. “In that case, I’ll talk to the principal again. It’s not a big problem. You can report as usual in three days.”

Seeing that he could do it, Sophie could not help but heave a sigh of relief.

The feeling of her husband applying for her school registration was really a little mysterious.

The meal was finally over.

Chapter 75

After dinner, Roger did not stay any longer. He got up and was about to leave.

Seeing that he was about to leave again, Sophie felt a little lonely.

But it was better than yesterday.

After changing his shoes, Roger smiled at her and said, “Remember to call me if you miss me.”

Sophie instantly blushed.

Her parents were still around. What nonsense was Roger spouting?

However, Sophie was not as resistant as yesterday. She only said calmly, “OK.”

Then, she obediently sent Roger out.

Watching the two of them walk out, Bianca could not help but whisper, “Although Roger’s eyes aren’t good, it’s really rare for him to be so attentive and considerate to Sophie.”

“Yes, you’re right. He’s indeed a good son–in–law.”

“That’s right. I almost asked Sophie to break off the engagement yesterday. Look at how compatible Roger is with Sophie.” Lucas’s impression of Roger had changed a lot.

Wesley said helplessly, “That’s right. Can’t you see how much Roger cares about Sophie? You almost broke them

Lucas chuckled. “I’ve sinned, I’ve sinned.”

Outside the door.

Dillon had already driven the car over. Sophie gently helped Roger into the car.

  • Before closing the car door, she mustered her courage and whispered, “Um, thank you for today.”

Whether it was fighting for her parents‘ love or arranging school for her, he was really super considerate.

Roger suddenly turned his head to look at her and smiled. “I’m your husband. It’s my duty to protect you.”

He had said this before, but Sophie only felt that this little blind man was bragging. But now, she did not feel that way at all.

Although Roger had poor eyesight, it was indeed as her grandfather had said. Roger was indeed a capable person.

Roger was stronger than the two people in the Nicholls family.

Without saying anything else, Sophie closed the car door with a red face.

Chapter 75

Dillon drove away with Roger.

Sophie looked at the departing car and covered her face awkwardly.

Fortunately, he could not see. Otherwise, he would have seen her blush.

For the next three days, Sophie did not see Evelyn.

Sophie heard that Evelyn came back very late that night. It seemed that Evelyn had gone to a nightclub to drink too much and was brought back by her brother.

After that, Evelyn was completely grounded by Marcus. For three whole days, her meals were sent up by the

servants. At first, Evelyn did not eat much, but later on, she ate when she was extremely hungry.

The next time they met was three days later.

Roger had already completed all her procedures in the past three days. He even got Dillon to send her acceptance letter over. Today was the day Sophie was going to report to Habourland University.

Sophie tied her hair in a simple ponytail and went downstairs in a fresh student blouse and skirt.

Although she was dressed simply, she exuded the feeling of the first female lead in a movie.

As soon as she went downstairs, she stunned her brothers.

“Sophie, you look so good with your ponytail.” Benjamin was the first to praise her.

Lucas chimed in, “Yeah, you look so energetic and beautiful.”

Sophie smiled. “Benjamin, Lucas, stop praising me. I’ll feel embarrassed.”

Ever since she returned to the Dawson family, her brothers had been praising her so much over the past few days that she could write a book. She really could not take it anymore.

“It’s not just Benjamin and Lucas flattering you. I also think you’re very good–looking.” Wesley also joined in. Sophie was completely speechless.

Her brothers‘ love was really overwhelming. At first, Sophie felt that her brothers loved her very much and treated her very well, but after only three days, she felt a little sick of it.

As if he could tell that Sophie was uncomfortable, Kenneth slowly said, “Sophie, I’ll send you to Habourland University today.”

As expected, at the critical moment, her big brother was still the most reliable. Sophie could not help but smile brightly. “Thank you, Kenneth!”

Seeing Sophie smile so sweetly to Kenneth, the other brothers immediately felt a little jealous. Benjamin

immediately tried to intercept. “Kenneth, aren’t you usually a workaholic? There’s still the morning meeting. Let me do this kind of thing.”

“Kenneth, Benjamin, you’re all busy. I don’t have any surgeries recently, so I’m very free. It’s better for me to send my sister off.” Wesley had been so focused on Sophie that he had forgotten about the important matter.

Seeing that his brothers were all fighting over it, Lucas immediately joined in the fun. “Let me go!”

Unexpectedly, as soon as he finished speaking, the other four brothers immediately looked at him and unanimously rejected him.

“You? If you send your sister to school, won’t the school gate be surrounded by fans? You’d better stay at home.” Benjamin looked at Lucas with disdain.

Wesley also frowned and said, “That’s right. Evelyn insisted on you bringing her to Habourland University. After you were discovered, did you forget how her classmates chased after you?”

A shadow loomed over Lucas, and he immediately shivered. “Then I won’t go!”

Sophie suddenly realized something and asked, “Evelyn is also studying at Habourland University?”
