Celeste said helplessly, “I’ve been away for more than ten days. Although my In–laws didn’t say
anything, I could tell that they were unhappy. Even though I gave them gifts, they didn’t look too pleased.
You’re so lucky. You don’t nave to worry about your relationship with your in–laws.”
Indeed, Mikayla had never worried about that.
Jerome’s parents were both abroad. Apart from the video calls, she had never seen them in
person yet..
She had heard that the relationship between his parents, Zachary Miller and Camille Burke, wasn’t good.

Mikayla had managed to revitalize Ansoft, and she had even gotten Taylor to invest in them so
smoothly.
Kylie couldn’t believe that Mikayla had managed to accomplish all that without Jerome’s help.
With Jerome’s methods, it would be effortless to bring down Ansoft. It was even less likely that he couldn’t defeat Taylor and had allowed him to sign the contract smoothly.
There was only one possibility–Jerome knew that Mikayla had invested in Ansoft, so he had a tolerant attitude toward Ansoft this time.
Kylie couldn’t understand. Why didn’t Jerome blame Mikayla even though he knew that she was just using her identity as his wife to gain popularity? Why did he still allow her to act like this?
