Mike sighed in jealousy as he watched on. Mikayla was so lucky to receive so much money
from Jerome.
The highest prize offered by Bernhal Enterprise had only been 100 thousand, but Jerome generously gave Mikayla one million.
But still, Mike thought that it was normal for Jerome to give his money to Mikayla.
After all, what was his would eventually also become hers. By doing so, Jerome could make Mikayla happy and also prevent his money from falling into other people’s hands. It was a win–win situation.
“Mr. Ashford, you’ve been blocking the entrance for so long. Can I go out now?” Amy asked impatiently. “Mrs. Miller hasn’t had breakfast yet.”

Mike suggested this because he thought that Jerome would be able to taste Mikayla’s cooking since Amy wasn’t present.
Amy became nervous when she heard that and asked, “Mr. Ashford, did I do something wrong? Does Mr. Miller want to replace me?”

After breakfast, Jerome and Mike left for the company, while Mikayla went upstairs to tidy
up. She planned to go shopping and maybe find a suitable gift for Wanda.
When she was about to go downstairs, Mikayla saw Amy waiting anxiously for her.
“What is going on?” she asked Amy.

Mikayla had never driven such an expensive car before. Even if she became rich in the future, she would not be willing to spend so much money on a car.
Hence, she decided to indulge in the pleasure of driving Jerome’s car before they got
divorced.
After getting into the car, Mikayla headed to the mall.
Someone came knocking on Mikayla’s car windows when she arrived at the parking lot of

Mikayla lowered the window. A young woman peered into the car and said, “Jerome…”
However, the woman froze when she saw that it was Mikayla in the car.

Louisa said disappointedly, “Why are you driving Jerome’s car?”

He didn’t usually drive the Bugatti.
