Pursuing My Ex Wife in a Blooming Spring Chapter 119

The air stewardess left disappointedly.

When she returned to the kitchen, two of her colleagues pulled her over and asked softly,” How did it go?”

Scott was extremely good-looking, not to mention charming. The air stewardess had seen all the men in the world and naturally had a sharp eye.

Men like Scott were at the top of the food chain. They immediately fell for him at first sight.

The air stewardess replied disappointedly, “You guys can give up. He’s with the lady next to him.”

“He’s with her? How could it be?”

“What? I was just observing them. They had zero interaction ever since they boarded the plane. The lady kept looking out of the window as if she didn’t know him. He didn’t look at her either. He had been reading a magazine all the while. They looked like complete strangers. How could they be together?”

“Yes, I was observing it too. They had no interaction at all. They’re like strangers. Are you wrong about this?”

The air stewardess recounted the entire incident to her colleagues. Her colleagues were instantly disappointed.

“So they do know each other…”

“Who would’ve thought…”

They carefully peeked out of the curtain. Naomi and Scott acted like they did before. One was looking out of the window while the other was reading. No one would have thought they were together.

“No. I don’t believe it. I’ll go and try.”

“How are you going to try?”

“Wait and see.”

Naomi had no idea that the air stewardesses had their eyes on Scott. She was looking out at the clouds in the sky. As the plane flew high up, the city below gradually became smaller until it vanished.

Naomi watched absent-mindedly as they flew among the clouds.

“Sir, dinner is ready,” announced the air stewardess.

Naomi came to her senses and turned.

The air stewardess pushed the cart next to Scott.

Scott was still reading the magazine and did not respond, so Naomi placed his tray down.

The air stewardess wanted to help Scott place his tray down, but when she saw Naomi do it, she pulled back.

Nonetheless, she noticed something peculiar about Naomi’s hands and was stunned.

She only realized that Naomi’s hands had uneven scabs slowly peeling off. Clearly, she was recovering from an injury.

The place where the scabs had peeled off had a new bit of flesh growing over, looking smooth and red, but no scars were formed.

The air stewardess was a little surprised, but she quickly glanced at her ring finger. It was empty. Both ring fingers had no ring on them.

The air stewardess let out a sigh of relief. She then glanced at Scott’s hand, wanting to see if he had a wedding ring on his finger.

However, since Scott was holding the magazine up, she could only glance at his right hand. She could not see his left hand. Nonetheless, she had no ring on his right hand.

The air stewardess found it hard to be sure, but she was in no rush.

She thought while placing the dishes on Scott’s tray.

At that moment, Scott instructed, “Please give us two cups of warm water.”

The air stewardess’ focus was on Naomi. When she heard Scott, she immediately looked at him and smiled widely. “Alright, sir. Do you need anything else?”

“No.” Scott sounded downright disinterested. His gaze was so dark that it terrified the air stewardess, yet she felt attracted to him all the same.

The air stewardess forced herself to look at Naomi. She asked, “Miss, do you have a boyfriend?
