He spread out his arms to pull me in a hug. I hugged him. A fatherly hug that I would never forget in my entire life. Gabe was like a father that I never had. He took care of me while I was pregnant and made sure I was okay. I remembered then when we lived in a small house. Gabe left his bed for me just for me to feel comfortable with my pregnancy. “I want you to have it. It will help you in this career.” He said and I felt that I shouldn’t own it. I mean if it was really rare and so hard to find, why should he give it to me in the first place?

“No, I can’t accept this at all. You would need it too. What if…”

1 sat on the chair and went to my room. Yes, I had a room in his house and the kids have theirs too. Getting into my room, 1 dropped my bags on the couch and went straight into the bathroom.
Stripping off my clothes, I mixed my bath and got into the bathtub. I didn’t bother about the kids because I know they are somewhere with Gabe bothering him or playing with him or something. I do not care because I know they are always safer with Gabe.
Gabe has a maid that would prepare us some food but I will like to cook myself. I needed to take care of Gabe and the children. I don’t even want Gabe to stay alone here. I hope he would go with me to the city and not live the rest of his life here.
